Body and Soul Members will receive free shipping on all online orders over IDR 1.000.000 when they login with their member details at the checkout. This exclusive offer is available to VIP members only and is available on Body and Soul, Accessories, Girl and Bambini. To become a member, simply collect a card in store and activate it online here. Excludes international deliveries.
Standard deliveries within Indonesia
Our delivery charges is based on piece of item. For all around Indonesia the first piece of item cost IDR10.000/piece. Each additional piece will be charge an extra IDR5.000/piece
Items on back order may take longer than 5-7 working days. These will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied. For your protection all parcels with in Indonesia will be sent registered mail.
Standard deliveries other than Indonesia
Our delivery charges is based on piece of item. Each piece of item cost $25/piece worldwide. Each additional cost will be charge an extra $8/piece
Countries outside Indonesia will receive orders in approximately 7-14 working days
On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Backorder items may take longer than 7-14 days to deliver, these will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied..
Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Indonesian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
Late deliveries
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
- Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- Orders placed after Midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.
- If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, we will attempt to locate your item at another store, and dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes available. No additional postage charges apply. We will notify you if the item has sold out across all stores.

Sale deliveries
At Body and Soul, our goal is to dispatch your online order within 5-7 working days. During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that it is received within 5-7 working days. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.
Orders & Shipments will be processed Monday to Friday from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM. Item ordered on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday
